Leeze’s enthusiasm creates high energy classes set to the beat of the music and always a great combination of intense cardio with hard core toning. Radiating the positive vibes of the studio, you can always catch her smiling and giving individual attention to clients during class - making each person known and motivated. A client for many years gaining a longer and leaner physique, she couldn’t wait to offer her experiences to other women. “We’ve got one hour to ourselves when we get away from outside life...I make it worth it each time a client gives me that time!”

Shauna Pierce

Shauna’s passion for leading a class full of clients stems from her years as a middle school teacher - helping people change their outlooks from negative to positive is what inspires her most. Shauna’s energy spreads throughout the room and she loves seeing clients’ everyday dedication to bettering themselves. From her killer music (she loves a good Throwback Thursday full of old school R&B) to her beautiful posture & form, Shauna’s classes will challenge your body and strengthen your confidence as you keep up with her creative moves.
 
 

Erica Creger

Erica is known for her intense, push-you-past-your-limits cardio classes - and she loves every minute of it. “There’s never been a time when I’ve walked out of the studio not feeling better than when I’d walked in - the energy, positivity, and overall awesomeness of our clients is contagious!” Whether its helping a newbie set-up for class or persuading a regular to jump higher or faster, Erica is ever-present and zips throughout the room busting out burpees right next to clients to keep them going. “I absolutely love our environment here of kindness, acceptance, and total support. It pushes me to want to be my best every single day.”

Amy Person

Our resident mix-master full of remixes to get the sweat dripping (“my faves are either Katy Parry or Kelly Clarkson”), Amy likes a good mix of cardio & toning to give an overall body workout every time. “Teaching fitness is like the best of both worlds,” she says, “you improve the overall fitness and mental wellness of your clients, while simultaneously the energy and feedback you receive from them elevates and inspires you - it’s a win, win!” Passionate about leading from her days as a high school teacher, Amy knows how to get the room going and doesn’t stop until the beloved child’s pose at the end. Her classes are full of energy and toning moves - the obliques will most always be remembered the next day.

Liz Wallace

“I love pumping up the clients through music and words, and enjoy the feeling that I am responsible for driving the energy during class.”
 
After the birth of her second child, Liz fell in love with Fusion’s difficult, high energy classes on her search for the most effective workout in KC. “Fusion taught me you have to push yourself out of your comfort zones to create change,” she says, and now loves the responsibility she feels for bringing clients to their full potential. Her favorite class, Fusion Mix, brings the best of intense toning mixed with cardio moves to spike the heart rate and burn calories - through her music and coaching tough combos she hopes to push clients to be their best, happiest selves.
 
 

Liz Birch

“If it doesn’t challenge you, it doesn’t change you - so keep pushing farther!”
 
From her famous “you chose to be here, now work hard!” prompts during class, to her loud & fun music and unique combinations - Liz brings her energy each time she steps in the studio to help clients work at their top level. As a mother of five girls she strives to provide a healthy example of nutrition and fitness - and how the power of physical activity creates a balance in our minds and bodies to live our best lives. “In my wildest dreams I never thought I would have 5 girls - raising them to be strong, healthy, independent and compassionate women - that is a beautiful challenge!”
In it to win it! This 45-minute class leads off with 30 minutes of heart pumping bikini bootcamp and wraps with 15 minutes of total ab dedication. The full body workout without taking a full hour.
