Hugely passionate about helping others find their own strength from the years she has spent building her own, Jos brings her heart and soul to every class and client. Her dedicating energy in classes and our AmpCamp program radiates her love of fitness as a way to challenge ourselves, be stronger than yesterday, and push past our self-made limitations. AmpCamp coaching close to her heart, she teaches clients about the importance of pushing through struggles - whatever they may be - coming out on the other side, she says, exposes our weaknesses, rips open battles scars we need to heal and forces us to be the very strongest that we can be. Jos stresses the importance of being grateful each day for our healthy bodies by taking care of them through fitness, nutrition, and self appreciation. “I firmly believe the strength and discipline cultivated in our studios translates to real life growth - fitness is about so much more than skinny jeans or a number on the scale.”

Shauna Pierce

Shauna’s passion for leading a class full of clients stems from her years as a middle school teacher - helping people change their outlooks from negative to positive is what inspires her most. Shauna’s energy spreads throughout the room and she loves seeing clients’ everyday dedication to bettering themselves. From her killer music (she loves a good Throwback Thursday full of old school R&B) to her beautiful posture & form, Shauna’s classes will challenge your body and strengthen your confidence as you keep up with her creative moves.
 
 

Darby Brender

The creator and owner of our amazing Fusion community, Darby still loves teaching and taking classes every day. Building her own mix of cardio and unique toning moves to get the job done in just one hour, Darby still loves to pull out ‘old school Fusion’ in some of her classes to seriously focus on the core and creating long, lean muscle tone. Known for her loud, wild music and cool moves in the studio, Darby inspires clients to be healthier and better versions of themselves, focusing on how good it feels to move our bodies and get stronger with each class. “If we don’t challenge ourselves, we don’t change - Fusion is all about pushing past our comfort zones to see what lies beyond the walls we’ve built and are scared to climb over. That’s where our full potential gets sparked!”

Britt Cali

Growing up being active was always part of Britt’s lifestyle. Running track and cross country in high school and continuing to work out in college, staying healthy was always a high priority to her. When she graduated from Mizzou in 2013 and moved home to Kansas City, she completed some half marathons and found Fusion. She was instantly hooked! Fusion toned muscles in a way that running just didn’t. That along with the people, the music, the energy at the studios kept Britt coming back for more. Working full time at her family’s business required Britt to find a workout that that was fast/effective and that’s exactly why she feels fusion is the best method there is in KC. Britt's classes are so fun you will get lost in the workout and have an amazing power hour!

I have never left one fusion class and thought “oh that was easy.” That’s why I love this place. It’s constantly changing/challenging me to push past my comfort zone and still leaves my muscles sore, week after week. I truly feel Fusion has made me the best version of myself and I can’t wait to give that feeling back to clients as an instructor!"

Amy Hodes

“To me, there’s nothing more exciting or gratifying than being a part of the learning process that helps others grow and become better.”
 
With a passion for fitness and love of instructing from her years as a high school teacher, Amy brings her skills to every class she comes bouncing into. Whether she’s cracking jokes or telling clients to drop lower or jump higher, Amy’s huge personality entertains and challenges through her fun moves and love of Fusion. “Being a part of a community of strong, supportive, inspiring women who truly want to see other succeed is the best! It’s rare and it happens every damn day at Fusion,” she says, and knows what happiness she finds in helping people learn new skills or break new barriers. “To see the sparkle in someone’s eye when they grasp a new concept - being a part of the learning process is so special because I get to see people growing, their confidence increasing and watch them get stronger mentally and physically - I just love it.”

Francie Bradley

“No matter how blah I feel walking into the studio, within the first 5 minutes of class it’s as if my brain has been completely cleared of all negativity - Fusion is my therapy.”
 
“After having two kids I needed something to kick my body into gear, and I found it at Fusion,” she says, loving the opportunity every day to spread that same benefits to clients. Francie’s sense of humor creates a fun and confident environment to lead clients through challenging and creative sequences - she operates at top speed and enjoys motivating clients to push themselves harder than they think possible. “Not a day goes by that I leave the studio without having had a client impact my life in a positive way - Fusion is an adrenaline rush that sticks with you for the rest of the day.”
Max Out your muscles + Challenge your cardio vascular endurance. This class is interval based. Using 10 LB weights for dedicated movement to sculpt muscle. Interval cardio burst are interwined to burn fat. This class will increase muscle, joyfulness, and all over happiness!
