Amy Hodes

“To me, there’s nothing more exciting or gratifying than being a part of the learning process that helps others grow and become better.”
 
With a passion for fitness and love of instructing from her years as a high school teacher, Amy brings her skills to every class she comes bouncing into. Whether she’s cracking jokes or telling clients to drop lower or jump higher, Amy’s huge personality entertains and challenges through her fun moves and love of Fusion. “Being a part of a community of strong, supportive, inspiring women who truly want to see other succeed is the best! It’s rare and it happens every damn day at Fusion,” she says, and knows what happiness she finds in helping people learn new skills or break new barriers. “To see the sparkle in someone’s eye when they grasp a new concept - being a part of the learning process is so special because I get to see people growing, their confidence increasing and watch them get stronger mentally and physically - I just love it.”

Marisa Raimo

As a classroom teacher, Marisa knows that a positive attitude and words of encouragement are the keys to bringing out the best in her students. As a Fusion instructor, she uses this knowledge and experience to inspire & motivate clients to give 100% effort in their workouts. “I love being able to help clients push themselves to achieve goals they never thought they could reach. My motivation as an instructor is seeing clients grow stronger, healthier, and happier every time they walk out of those studio doors.” Marisa’s love (and addiction) for Fusion started as a client, which has lead her to grow in that passion even more now as an instructor. “I have never found a workout quite like Fusion. It is tough, fast-paced, and continues to challenge me even after years of going. Each class is so unique and you can be guaranteed that you will never have the same workout twice! One of the many reasons Fusion is so effective is the muscle burnout. I love being able to feel all of my hard work the next day!”. Marisa’s classes are full of energy and tough-love. You can be guaranteed that you will push yourself harder than the day before. “Training to become an instructor has only made me appreciate Fusion even more, which I did not think was possible! I am always so excited to plan each class in order to make it the most effective, challenging, and fun for our clients!”.

Anne Lock

Anne’s mellow presence quickly turns to work mode when the studio doors shut and the music blares. Her creative movements flow from one body part to the next, burning out muscle groups and spiking the heart rate quickly. “I love the clients here because a)they work harder than anywhere I’ve ever seen, and b)they come game for anything.” As a client she made sure to mix her classes and “never to get in a routine of just taking one style of class,” so as an instructor she knows the importance of changing it up from one hour to the next. “The culture here is unmatched - with all of us from the instructors to the clients being genuinely excited to be here - we get the job done each time.”

Francie Bradley

“No matter how blah I feel walking into the studio, within the first 5 minutes of class it’s as if my brain has been completely cleared of all negativity - Fusion is my therapy.”
 
“After having two kids I needed something to kick my body into gear, and I found it at Fusion,” she says, loving the opportunity every day to spread that same benefits to clients. Francie’s sense of humor creates a fun and confident environment to lead clients through challenging and creative sequences - she operates at top speed and enjoys motivating clients to push themselves harder than they think possible. “Not a day goes by that I leave the studio without having had a client impact my life in a positive way - Fusion is an adrenaline rush that sticks with you for the rest of the day.”
BTW (buns thighs and waist) is structured to challenge your body in strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class requires ankles weights (available at Fusion). Maximizing the benefits of ankle weight suspension, we've created resistance training that is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Resistance training + cardio interval training will shock your body to the max with this excitin class. BTW you don't wanna miss it!
