Darby Brender

The creator and owner of our amazing Fusion community, Darby still loves teaching and taking classes every day. Building her own mix of cardio and unique toning moves to get the job done in just one hour, Darby still loves to pull out ‘old school Fusion’ in some of her classes to seriously focus on the core and creating long, lean muscle tone. Known for her loud, wild music and cool moves in the studio, Darby inspires clients to be healthier and better versions of themselves, focusing on how good it feels to move our bodies and get stronger with each class. “If we don’t challenge ourselves, we don’t change - Fusion is all about pushing past our comfort zones to see what lies beyond the walls we’ve built and are scared to climb over. That’s where our full potential gets sparked!”

Amy Hodes

“To me, there’s nothing more exciting or gratifying than being a part of the learning process that helps others grow and become better.”
With a passion for fitness and love of instructing from her years as a high school teacher, Amy brings her skills to every class she comes bouncing into. Whether she’s cracking jokes or telling clients to drop lower or jump higher, Amy’s huge personality entertains and challenges through her fun moves and love of Fusion. “Being a part of a community of strong, supportive, inspiring women who truly want to see other succeed is the best! It’s rare and it happens every damn day at Fusion,” she says, and knows what happiness she finds in helping people learn new skills or break new barriers. “To see the sparkle in someone’s eye when they grasp a new concept - being a part of the learning process is so special because I get to see people growing, their confidence increasing and watch them get stronger mentally and physically - I just love it.”

Jenny Muntzel

“I love being surrounded by people so passionate about working hard and reaching their goals at Fusion.”
Jenny’s sweet demeanor is all business as soon as the music starts - her classes are full of fun sequences that keep the focus on concentration and form rather than how hard hearts are beating and sweat is dripping. True to our intense Fusion style, she loves “to see a room full of women working their butt’s off,” and is continually encouraged by the dedication of clients. “Barre brings me back to my days of dance,” she says, and feels grateful for her days of endurance training and that now her body is able to be challenged on a regular basis. Fitness to her is “such an amazing gift,” and she is happy to be able to share it with clients and the Fusion family.

This 45-minute class is a Hiit! Hustle your way through this high intensity interval training session. The perfect combination of cardio intervals and muscle-specific toning will vary your heart rate for max results. This class will create a calorie burn that lasts all day!
