Weight Loss Boot Camp Results - Congrats!



Our WLBC'ers, once again, are celebrating their victories! 8 weeks not only brought the scales down, but most importantly, gave these women a new look at themselves! The strength it takes to dedicate 2 months to "ME" - planning meals, scheduling and sticking to each daily workout(s) and deciding that health is worth the sacrifices - proves once again, to be totally worth it. Many of our boot campers even realized the "sacrifices" became way less important when they started feeling the benefits of taking care of their bodies in the best way - nutrition, exercise and self-discipline! Lisa lost 26.5 lbs
Down 3 inches from the waist
Down 4 inches from hips
Down 3 inches from the chest

Her 1-minute push-ups improved from 0 on her toes and 15 on her knees,
to 24 on her toes and 14 on her knees!
She improved her sit-ups in 1 minute by 9!
8 weeks ago Lisa planked for :35 seconds. Now she can hold a plank for :45!

I was looking for a program that would be challenging and dramatic enough to wipe the slate clean of old bad habits and to force me to look at everything in a new and fresh way. This bootcamp did it for me! At 47, I really felt like this was my last best chance to make permanent changes and to adopt a healthy lifestyle. Her 1-minute push-ups improved from 26 on her toes and 10 on her knees,
to 41 ALL on her toes!!! 
She improved her sit-ups in 1 minute by 7!
8 weeks ago she planked for 2:00. Now she can hold a plank for 3:07!!

Wendy came back to WLBC after a couple of years off to reset and recheck her goals ... and did awesome as always!

Boot Camp was one of the best things I've done for myself and made me feel proud, strong, and empowered - as well as feeling physically better. The before and after pictures on the website were what inspired me to join so I am more than happy if you want to share mine in the hopes that they might inspire someone else to make the best decision and join Boot Camp!
