WLBC 6-Week Slam Results!

We're tallying up the end of another empowering round of Weight Loss Boot Camp! These four women were part of our 6-week WLBC Blast (another one starting soon, click here for deets) and we love celebrating the changes they've made in less than two months!!

Down .75 in from the hips
Down 3.5 in from waist
Down .5 in from the chest

Liz improved her push-ups in 1 minute from 6 on her toes and 20 on her knees, to 17 on her toes and 22 on her knees!!! She also improved her sit-ups and plank hold!

Down 1 in from the hips
Down 2 in from waist
Down .5 in from the chest

Bridget improved her push-ups in 1 minute from 2 on her toes and 14 on her knees, to 14 on her toes and 14 on her knees! She improved her sit-ups in 1 minute by 10!
6 weeks ago she planked for 2:00. Now she can hold a plank for 2:35!

Erica improved her push-ups in 1 minute from 18 on her toes and 5 on her knees, to 30 ALL on her toes!!! She improved her sit-ups in 1 minute by 10! 6 weeks ago she planked for 1:12. Now she can hold a plank for 1:41!
