WLBC and AmpCamp Celebrates More Success!

We're so proud of our recent WLBC and Amp grads, we wanted to share their success with you! We had several sessions in the past few months and below are the beautiful women who decided to brave the waters and let us post their results. It's a scary thing, putting yourself out there! Every one of the women in the camps made the initial decision to get out of their comfort zones and try something new, hard, and intimidating ... yet the promise of the growth and the changes they wanted to make were motivation enough to take the step.

So go girls, you have fought hard and we love seeing you in our studios, continuing the new habits and successes that each of you have found, and that each healthy new day brings to you. Congratulations! Check out before and after photos below!

Here's what one of our 6-week Amp'ers had to say about her first experience with Fusion:

"New to Fusion, new to Amp Camp, and coming it at an entry level of fitness was a scary thing. After years of making excuses I decided that I was going to fully commit to following the program for the 6 weeks. 'Shock your body' is a very accurate way to describe how I felt after my first class. But the guidance and support Regan and Michelle provided kept me motivated through the weeks. Once I started to see the results of that hard work- I was totally hooked.

Amp Camp definitely pushed me out of my comfort zone, but I always left each class feeling proud of what I had accomplished.

I think the thing that sets Fusion apart for me is having such a supportive group of women cheering each other on. These classes are full of people at all different fitness levels, but we're all there pushing past our own limits. Just making each rep, or sprint, or climb better than our last.

I'm proud to have lost 13 lbs and 6.5 inches! Losing the weight and inches has felt awesome- but what I'm even happier with is how I've left my bad, old habits behind and found a way to maintain a much healthier lifestyle."
