We loved creating this quick mom + baby workout with our favorite lifestyle blogger, Cella Jane!

We know new moms are busy, sleep-deprived and love spending time with their sweet new babies. We also know how important exercise can be to boost your energy and create extra endorphins during this season. 

Somedays you just can't find the time to do a full workout on your own, and for those days, we've created this 15 minute routine to do with baby in tow. Baby will love the extra bonding time, and mom will love the little mood-booster! (Plus, how cute is a baby workout partner?!)
