RUSH HOUR  


Put the pedal to the medal for 45-minutes of pure sweat. Spike your heart rate & burn fat with climbs, sprints and jumps for a hardcore calorie burn and full body workout. 

ENDURANCE RIDE   


Endurance Ride is 60 minutes of pure endurance building, pure cycling. Come committed to an hour of hills, sprints, jumps, black lights and music so inspiring it will keep your legs moving the full hour.

FLY WITH YOUR GUY   


All good things make you sweaty. Burn hundreds of calories with your man starting with a 40 minute ride and ending with a 20 minute burnout of arms and abs. * Each participant needs to reserve a spot *

spinTENse   


Burn fat and work your arms and abs to the max. You'll be on and off the bike in 10 minute increments throughout this power hour. This full body workout rotates between spin and mat drills. 

THE UPSIDE   


Fly through the first 40 minutes of class with sprints, climbs, and jumps on your bike. Then sculpt your upper body with a killer 20 minute arms and abs burnout. You'll be riding high all day.

JOURNEY RIDE   


Kristin’s weight loss journey is followed by thousands as she’s worked off over 150 pounds with Fusion Fitness. This girl has soul, heart and spunk! For all levels of riders, great for beginners.
