Mendi's love of yoga followed a childhood of dancing & sports, and then a love of group exercise and running in college. "I knew I wanted to share my passion for yoga by becoming a teacher after my very first class," she says, "I truly believe that each day is a gift and I want to live each day as healthy and happy as I can. My favorite start to a day is a nice run and yoga!" Her classes offer a fun and challenging practice with the intention of inspiring each client to strive for being the best version of themselves every day - "to offer the opportunity to look within to find inner grace, strength, love and light that resides in us all and to share it like a plague of joy! I think we all share in the same belief that if it doesn't challenge you, it doesn't change you - and Fusion is the perfect example in a great booty kicking happy hour. My goal is to lead by example for my husband and three boys to make healthy choices with food, fitness, faith and kindness. Staying in shape not only leaves me feeling strong physically & mentally, my overall happiness is completely increased."
