Q: What options do I have to watch your online videos?
A: We've made it easy for you to access our online workouts anytime, anywhere, and provided three different options to you to watch.

Q: How does the Fusion online classes video platform work?
A: If you choose to RENT a single workout or take advantage of our unlimited monthly SUBSCRIPTION, our online video platform Cleeng allows you to access Fusion’s unique workouts online for a limited period of time, similar to watching a Pay Per View movie on your TV at home. These videos stream on your computer – they are not downloaded to play over and over.
If you want the option to purchase and download the video, you can do that too! Choose the BUY option on the individual video of your choice and you'll be directed to our online video platform Vimeo. Our partners at Cleeng and Vimeo make it possible for you to access and securely pay for Fusion’s online videos anytime-anywhere!
Q: How do I purchase an online workout?
A: Visit Fusion’s Online Video page, select the online workout of your choice and purchase option of your choice and follow the instructions to enter payment information through a Cleeng or Vimeo account, depending on how you want to watch. To rent a single video or subscribe to our monthly unlimited option, you'll be directed to Cleeng. To purchase and download a single video, you'll be directed to Vimeo. You can purchase via a Credit Card or PayPal right on the site.
Q: What are the VIMEO and CLEENG accounts and is my credit card secure using them?
A: VIMEO and CLEENG allow our clients an easy and secure solution for renting or downloading online videos. It takes just a few seconds to create an account and then make your purchase using Visa, Mastercard or Paypal. Single video rentals and the monthly subscription is provided through Cleeng, and single download purchases of the videos is provided through Vimeo.
We’ve got you covered! We researched several companies to ensure the safety of your information. Your personal information is securly stored on the servers of either Cleeng or Vimeo. All actual transactions are done on their servers using SSL encryption, and payment processing meets the highest PCI Compliance standards.
Q: What do I need to access the online workouts?
A: Once you purchase, rent or subscribe, you will have instant access to the streaming video(s). The video plays automatically in your browser from the device you purchase it on. You will need a computer, tablet or smartphone to access the videos. You must have a proper broadband connection for the video to play. If you are using a Wi-Fi connection- please make sure it is a strong connection. You can login to your VIMEO or CLEENG account from any device and play from your library.
Q: How does the monthly subscription work?
A: From the day you sign up for the monthly subscription you will have unlimited access to all Fusion Fitness online workouts for a period of 31 days. The subscription is on-going and will renew automatically at the end of the month. You can login to your CLEENG account and cancel your subscription so that it will not renew if you wish to discontinue.
Q: How do I manage my monthly subscription?
A: You can very easily manage, update or cancel your subscription in your CLEENG User Settings once you've created your account.
Q: Who do I contact if I can’t get the online workouts to play?
A: For questions about access to the online workouts you've rented (either single videos or the monthly subscription, visit the CLEENG support page when logged into your account. For issues with purchasing and downloading a single video, login to your VIMEO account and visit the support page. Or contact us here at firstname.lastname@example.org.

Q: Can the workout videos be downloaded?
A: Yes! There are three options with our online videos: rent a single video, subscribe to our monthly unlimited option for access to all videos, or purchase a single video and download it (yours to keep forever). All options are available when you click on the video of your choice!
Q: How long do I have access to the online workouts?
A: You have unlimited access for 48 hours to any video you choose rent. For monthly subscriptions, you will have unlimited access to all videos for 31 days and then each month after until you choose to cancel your subscription. If you choose to purchase and download a single video, it's yours to keep on your device!
Q: What if I pay for an online video and it will not start playing immediately?
A: There are many browser options out there and you may have to clear your browser’s cache or cookies to allow the video to play. The best way to do this is to go to your browser’s tool bar and look for the PREFERENCES option. In Preferences, you can manage the cookies and clear your cache. NOTE: when you clear your cache- it will delete any saved passwords you may have set up.
