About Abigail

Abigail was born and raised in KC and went to KU. She’s also the youngest of four girls and her oldest sister, Leeze, has been teaching at Fusion for the last 10 years! She was the one that gave Abigail the final push of encouragement to audition. Teaching is such a fun and wonderful experience and she loves the shift from client to instructor! It’s is so refreshing to experience first hand the love and support from the Fusion community!!

class to teach/take?

I lately have been loving the LIT format. You get a little bit of everything and it feels like nothings off limits!

body part to work?

I love to work all parts of my arms! Nothing feels better to me than a productive arm burn out!

Guilty Pleasure?

My guilty pleasure is French fries. I don’t even feel guilty anymore, just pleasure at this point 😂

PRE/POST WORKOUT SNACK?

After a workout I love anything from Enjoy. They have something to satisfy every craving and I feel like I can truly “fuel up” on their food/smoothies after a workout.

beauty product?

I am a major beauty junkie, and my favorites are always changing, so it’s hard to pick just one! BUT the lipgloss that has never failed me, is Turkish Delight from Nars. I’ve loved it since as long as I can remember!! It can be layered or worn alone and is just the best gloss/color ever.
