SWEAT RANKINGS
We’ve ranked our classes below by level of intensity using cardio, endurance, and strength as our measures. Each class is ranked on a scale of 1-5. This is a great way to get variety into your schedule and just another way to SHOCK YOUR BODY!
RUSH HOUR
Put the pedal to the metal for 45 minutes of pure sweat. Climbs, sprints and jumps are combined for an intense calorie and total body burn in our trademark Fly class. RUSH HOUR gives you an experience like no other with the beats, energy, and results you crave.
RPM (Resistance/Pedal/Muscle)
Welcome to the peak of cross training. This class offers the ultimate interval format to bring out the best in you. Alternating segments on the bike with strength training and core work, you will torch calories and build strength inside and out.
OG Ride
Throwbacks, remixes, and your favorite original gangsters are the soul of this class creation. You will ride to the beat during this music driven 45 minutes. Jams from the 80’s, 90’s, and 00’s are sure to make an appearance in this class combined with the best interval drills from our mixmaster Fly Girls.
SYNC
In one dynamic hour we combine the disciplines of Fusion Fly Cycle and a Weighted HIIT class. Hope on the bike to get your heart rate up and your energy flowing. In the second half of class we will us 8 or 10 LB weights to sculpt and tone for a total body burn.
