This 6 week session offers:

2x per week, small group workouts designed for all fitness levels, beginner to advanced.
Orientation will take place at 5:30AM on September 9. This session will run Sept. 9 - Oct. 18.
The session meets every Monday & Friday morning, 5:30AM-6:30AM at Overland Park Racquet Club (91st & Metcalf) for 6 weeks. In addition, you will receive: 5 class pack to Fusion Fly (spin classes), 5 class pack to Fusion Studio classes (any studio), an Intro to Fusion Fly session & access to 2 online classes at www.sweat-lab.com on demand. *you start all of these additional classes once you are ready, and on your own schedule.
Our primary focus is improving your health. In addition to kickstarting your fitness level, we will also be very focused on how you fuel your body. You are provided with emails & access to a registered dietitian throughout the entire session.
