SWEAT RANKINGS

We’ve ranked our classes below by level of intensity using cardio, endurance, and strength as our measures. Each class is ranked on a scale of 1-5. This is a great way to get variety into your schedule and just another way to SHOCK YOUR BODY!



BARRE
This high energy class creates a lean, firm, sculpted body. Our barre class is a combination of isolated muscle burnout and low-impact cardio. This effective combination is one of our original creations to shock your body! Check out a LIVE class ➝


SWEAT LAB
Our professional mix masters have created the ultimate workout formula! You will be drenched in sweat during this one hour elite body shaping combo class. We mix 15 minute increments of Bikini Boot Camp, Fusion Mix, HIIT (high intensity interval training), and Fusion to torch fat and tone muscles.


FUSION MIX
Cardio, Fusion, Barre Intensity, and a touch of bootcamp are combined into this power hour workout. Fusion Mix will keep your muscles guessing and your heart rate up for a sweat wrenching, sculpting session!


BBC
Punch, kick and burn your way through our Bikini Bootcamp class. Throw down 30 minutes of heart-pumping cardio followed by 30 minutes of technique-driven toning. Check out a LIVE class ➝


HITT
This 45-minute class is a Hiit! Hustle your way through this high intensity interval training session. The perfect combination of cardio intervals and muscle-specific toning will vary your heart rate for max results. This class will create a calorie burn that lasts all day!


YOGA
This yoga flow will help you strengthen and lengthen your entire body! In true Fusion style, your heart rate will be up and sweat will roll off your brow. You'll also get to restore and stretch, leaving you feeling energized and ready for your day!


AWAKEN
Cleanse your body from the inside out with this hour long class full of heart-clearing palo santo and musically driven, repetitive bodyweight movements. Get ready to challenge your body and engage your mind to release and rebuild.


BTW
BTW (buns thighs and waist) is structured to challenge your body in strength and cardiovascular endurance. This class requires ankles weights (available at Fusion). Maximizing the benefits of ankle weight suspension, we've created resistance training that is OUT OF THIS WORLD! Resistance training + cardio interval training will shock your body to the max with this excitin class. BTW you don't wanna miss it!


DRENCHED
Max Out your muscles + challenge your cardio vascular endurance. This interval based classes uses 8 or 10 LB weights for dedicated movement to sculpt muscle. Interval cardio burst are interwined to burn fat. This class will increase muscle, joyfulness, and all over happiness!


LIT
lift. interval. tone. This class is a total body toning dream. Upper Body strength training with 8 or 10 LB weights, fat burning cardio intervals, and lower body targeted toning with ankle weights. We have combined the fan favorite features of Drenched and BTW to deliver the hottest new workout class.


TNT
Tabatas offer a challenging workout for those who crave the cardio high! This class combines high-intensity exercises performed for 20 seconds with 10 second toning periods between rounds. We lace each tabata round with muscle-specific toning to achieve max results from this hour workout.
